Fit Thinking was founded by industry expert, Ash Bacon, who draws from his vast experience in organisational development, workforce engagement, and change management. Ash is passionate about helping organisations to connect their people and strategy with their organisation’s purpose, which he believes requires an environment founded upon trust, clarity and respect. Holding these beliefs at the core of his actions, Ash has become a trusted advisor to many senior executives, developed high performing teams and delivered results across a vast array of workplace contexts. Ash’s expertise has been shaped by over 15 years of experience having worked in energy, mining, natural resources, tourism, justice, and retail industries.

At Fit Thinking we use the Prosci approach to help individuals and organisations build change management competencies through applying a structured change management approach, engaging at all levels and identifying change management resources.
